IPEX Consulting is delighted to announce that Luke Foy has joined the company as a managing consultant. Having joined Transport for London’s (TfL) graduate scheme, Luke developed his career in railway vehicle engineering for London Underground successfully becoming a chartered engineer and Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). While at TfL, Luke led the company’s winning team in the IMechE Railway Challenge. He is currently developing his experience within passenger rolling stock after a period specialising in interoperable plant and engineering vehicles. He is experienced in managing projects and assurance processes through design to delivery, writing specifications to ensure compliance to applicable standards and regulations, development of verification and validation criteria, and disseminating assurance deliverables.
