A confidential bidder wished to acquire an equity stake in a fleet of passenger ferries and required technical and commercial due diligence support. IPEX was retained for the non-binding offer phase and led a team of transaction advisory and maritime specialists to conduct a review of vendor materials and produce a highlight report to inform the client's bid.
