IPEX fulfilled the role of Fleet Programme Delivery Manager. Our consultant was embedded onsite at Wabtec's Doncaster facility, representing Cross Country Trains, managing the HST PRM modification programme. An essential element of the role was the development of a realistic programme view to enable robust monitoring, support, and challenge to contract delivery.
