Andrew brings a structured, analytical mindset to complex multidisciplinary environments, having held senior technical and advisory roles on major metro, regional rail, and brownfield upgrade projects. He is experienced in procurement specification development, tender evaluation, testing and commissioning leadership, and asset management planning, and is valued for his ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
