Matt is an experienced rolling stock professional with over 28 years of experience working with operators, maintainers, and manufacturers. He has a proven track record in all aspects of rolling stock engineering, maintenance, fleet management, leadership, and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining IPEX, Matt was Operations Manager at CAF Rail UK. Matt is experienced in all aspects of rolling stock engineering along with the responsibilities to manage every stage of the project lifecycle. He has experience in technical management, new train introduction, maintenance mobilisation, depot integration, fleet performance, overhauls, and fleet hand back.
Out of office: Matt loves spending time with his family, is a keen motorcyclist, and volunteers at the local rugby club.
