Train maintenance cost benchmarking 

IPEX advised a global train manufacturer and maintenance provider, in relation to the cost of train maintenance. IPEX provided important insight to inform the development of a maintenance offering through the provision of global maintenance benchmark data, which included recent projects where the manufacturer / maintainer had provided a full maintenance package via a Train Services Agreement (TSA) or Service Level Agreement (SLA). IPEX analysed the cost of different maintenance types such as preventive and corrective maintenance, to provide our client a thorough understanding of the content and volume of each type, compared to the total maintenance costs.
