Class 93 market appraisal

IPEX conducted a market analysis across the passenger, freight, mixed services and shunting markets, which are all applicable to the Class 93, determining the key leasing opportunities for the locomotive fleet. The asset appraisal include a full technical review of the locomotive specification and capability, performance and maintenance. IPEX also produced a fair market valuation using discounted cash flow income methodology. These three deliverables provided STAR Capital with the required information to invest in Rail Operations Group.
