IPEX was engaged by a European rolling stock manufacturer to provide support in responding to a fleet procurement market engagement exercise by a UK operator. Using our extensive rolling stock procurement experience, IPEX helped the manufacturer understand the intent and context behind the questions and helped to shape the manufacturer's technical responses to align with that context. Our work enabled our client to influence the operator's understanding of the-art-of-the-possible, thus enabling the operator to shape the upcoming procurement to encompass our client's innovative solutions in their requirements.
