Train Maintenance Quality Audits

Our client requested that IPEX conduct a quality audit after several product safety incidents at the beginning of a major overhaul programme. Two audits were performed at two different locations, which included the on-train overhaul and the off-train bogie overhaul of the Class 390 fleet. The audits evaluated the procedures and systems in place to ensure compliance with ROGS and adherence to existing commercial agreements. We provided our client with a comprehensive audit report, which included non-conformities and recommendations.
