West Coast Partnership rolling stock financing

IPEX provided technical and commercial advice and due diligence on behalf of a potential investor in the new WCP rolling stock fleet. The analysis included indifference analysis at the key releasing points which included capital pricing, maintenance improvements and cost analysis of battery, OLE and diesel traction as the electrification scheme is extended in the future. IPEX also conducted a competitor analysis for different stages of the contract.
