A highly accomplished railway professional, with a diverse range of experience and skills across business management, project management, engineering and design disciplines.
David has extensive knowledge of the UK railway network and the organisations involved, both in the public and private sectors. He has managed high-value turnkey capital projects, both on the customer side and supplier side. This harmonises with his experience working within the UK rail regulatory structure, particularly with negotiating the hurdles necessary to gain authorisation for new and modified vehicles to operate on the UK railway network.
Out of office: David enjoys visiting new places around Europe. He recently fulfilled a childhood ambition of competing in pigeon racing against the world’s best in The Netherlands.
